The site constraints and budget were a challenge as we wanted to give this program the same rigor and design language as their new Elementary Addition. Natural daylight, which supports student health, access to views, and to the outdoors, were all goals of this project. The program aims to continue the growth the district has seen in this area and give students expanded opportunities to explore CTE programs through creative hands-on educational strategies. Working with teachers and staff to design a space that puts these programs on display, the CTE program will be visible for students and patrons alike to experience.
