Central at South Haymarket
BVH is currently working with The Annex Group on a 175 unit, six-story, multifamily development focused on low-income tenancy and located in downtown Lincoln.
Key design challenges included an existing sanitary sewer line that ran through the middle of the site. Since the building is required to keep the clearance for maintenance, an opportunity arose to make this tunnel the main entrance of the building—enhancing the connection between the courtyard and the street.
