Over the past 6 years, Brandon has become a trusted, steady presence on our team. Brandon consistently shows up with a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and willingness to help wherever he’s needed. His ability to balance technical skill with a positive attitude has made him an asset on every project he touches. We’re thrilled to recognize Brandon’s growth and dedication with his promotion to Associate.

Kristin has made a huge impact on her team over her 2 years at BVH. Kristin brings a blend of creativity, fresh perspective, and intention to every project she works on. Her drive to explore new ideas and elevate the work around her has made her a go-to teammate and a valued voice in our design conversations. We are proud to celebrate Kristin’s contributions and growth.

Jade is a steady source of kindness, talent, and dedication within our studio. As an interior designer, she brings a thoughtful, integrated approach to every project she works on. Jade’s ability to balance function, beauty, and craft has made her an essential contributor across our sectors, while her grounded personality makes her a joy to work with.

Andru has quickly become a trusted team member and steady presence in our Lincoln studio, bringing a wide range of project experience and understanding. Andru brings a practical design mindset, a reliable work ethic, and a dry sense of humor that keeps us on our toes. We’re pleased to recognize Andru’s leadership and contributions with his promotion to Senior Associate.

CYNTHIA RAY / ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Since joining BVH in 2017, Cynthia has distinguished herself as a design leader with a deep focus in K-12 education. Her lifelong passion for design is evident in the thoughtful spaces she creates—balancing function, aesthetics, and meaningful connection opportunities for users. As one of BVH’s education design leaders, Cynthia is a trusted guide for both clients and colleagues. Her insight and steady leadership continues to shape our projects and strengthen our team.

TODD AFFLERBAUGH / ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Todd brings decades of project experience and a strong leadership presence to our Denver studio. Known for his approachable and friendly nature, Todd consistently supports both clients and team members while keeping BVH’s core values at the center of daily work. Todd combines a detail-oriented approach with thoughtful planning and communication, making him a valued Project Manager and Team Lead. His mentorship in the studio, project guidance, and leadership in the firm are fully deserving of the Associate Principal designation.
