Congratulations to our new Associates!
We’re excited to announce that we have elevated six new staff members to the designation of Associate. These individuals continue to contribute to the growth…
BVH defines an Associate as someone who establishes a high level of quality within their work that sets an example for team members to follow. We’re excited to congratulate Andrew Conzett, AIA, Meganne Lamprecht, NCIDQ, Well AP, and Betty Neufeld on their elevation to Associate!
In the little over a year that Andrew has been with the firm, he has demonstrated design excellence and shown himself to be a strategic relationship builder who consistently promotes BVH to our community and beyond. Andrew’s insight and voice in design will help us move forward as a firm and we look forward to seeing him grow his career.
Meganne continues to prove herself as a talent at BVH. As an interior designer, her insights into human experience and how that translates into physical space have helped create winning projects and also made her a respected client advocate. Her drive and dedication shine through on every project she touches, and we couldn’t be more excited to congratulate Meganne on this latest achievement.
Betty has been a constant in our Omaha studio for over 22 years. For many, she is the first point of contact when they walk in the door, and she consistently goes the extra mile when it comes to caring for our staff, our clients, and our consultants. In addition to keeping the Omaha studio in top shape, Betty also helps manage many financial and administrative tasks that help us stay on track. Betty is one of BVH’s strongest advocates and we are so pleased to elevate her to this new designation.
A Senior Associate at BVH embodies the same high-quality work and leadership exemplified by associates, but they take that to the next level through their management over project teams, relationships with clients, and dedication to helping BVH move toward and achieve its business goals.
With that, we’re pleased to announce Julie Cawby, RA, APT, NCARB, and Matt Smith, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, as the newest Senior Associates at BVH.
Julie’s thought leadership and expertise in historic preservation has enriched projects across every business sector. Most notably, Julie leads the team working on the Nebraska State Capitol, a project that touches on every facet of preservation while also incorporating new technology with tools like Layer to make every project more accurate and more efficient. Julie advocacy for historic structures and BVH itself brings continual success to our projects, and we’re excited for her to start this next phase of her career.
Matt’s initiative as a leader and as an advocate for his team and his clients translates to successful outcomes for projects of all sizes and scopes, across all of our business sectors. Matt is an intentional project manager who ensures that projects run smoothly while also finding opportunities for his team to grow. Matt’s thoughtful leadership will continue to help BVH grow and we’re happy to see him continue to be recognized within our firm.
