Willard Community Center

The Willard Community Center project renovated the community center’s existing facility while adding a new three-story addition. The new space and updated facility is meant to enable the community center to expand its existing programs while creating more opportunity for community programs. The new facility will feature handicapped accessibility, energy efficiencies, security upgrades, larger multipurpose rooms, and technology upgrades.

With the new facility, the Center will continue to provide its neighborhood-based programs including year-round child care for preschool through 8th grade which includes full and part-time preschool and Pre-K, before and after school programs for area schools, non-school day care, and summer and evening programs. With the new facility, the Center will add capacity for all of its programs.

The Center also hosts community organizations like Scouts and Girls Scouts, along with church groups, clubs, and neighborhood associations.
