Metro Center’s project scope includes the design for an approximate 360 unit multifamily development housed in 4 separate structures on an approximately 8.1 acre site.

The design is also focusing on sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels that allow the facility to utilize green energy and reduce the development’s dependence upon public utilities. Our design process includes performance modeling to evaluate passive solar design, investigate building energy efficiency, and integrate possible additional renewable energy considerations.

The design will meet the Enterprise Green Communities (EGC) qualifications.
