Bailey Lauerman Office

Omaha-based ad agency Bailey Lauerman relies on top-notch talent to set themselves apart and earn work from leading brands. To attract and retain this critical talent, an inspiring 21st Century work space design is essential.

BVH Architecture, in collaboration with AWH Architects, designed the new 20,000 sf build out in their existing downtown Omaha office building. Through a series of reviews and meetings with the agency, BVH initiated a strong design process to ensure all project goals were fully communicated and addressed. The result is a robust new space complete with multi-functional areas for work and play, providing that critical “wow factor” for their roster of national clients and representatives.

The open floor plan includes unique features such as custom-designed work tables, an open-top creative lab with adjustable work areas, a multi-seating employee commons area with a living green wall, a conference presentation room with recycled wood walls and an adjustable lit glass wall, semi-open cubicles and private offices. A majority of the existing HVAC system was repurposed, and LED lighting was used throughout the space to provide energy efficiency and additional cost savings.
