The project also included modifications to the site and environs immediately adjacent to the new facilities to accommodate additional parking, entrance plazas, and pedestrian amenities and also to accommodate project phasing and landscaping. The professional services for this project were completed in a phased manner to accommodate project funding and planning by the College and the Nebraska State College System (NSCS).
