A Lincoln, Nebraska native, Tristin joined BVH in January of 2022 after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Tristin is very interested in creating a playful kind of design, where spaces allow and push for more human interaction and activity to occur. Ever since he was young, Tristin loved playing instruments and seeing the kinds of theaters and spaces performers use. A regular theater differs immensely from a street performer’s set up, yet both create a space to perform and play. These extremely different areas inspire Tristin to look at how design can support this kind of playfulness people enjoy.
Outside of work, Tristin loves playing volleyball with family and playing music on the euphonium. He also enjoys making cheesecake and eating it a little too much.
