Sebastian grew up in Bogotá, Colombia, before moving to Minneapolis with his family at the age of 9. After spending the majority of his formative years in Minneapolis, Sebastian pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota. The experience of living in two vibrant cities has shaped his perspective on life and work, and he brings a richness to everything he does.
A passionate architect, Sebastian thrives on the collaborative nature of the profession. He finds great satisfaction in working as part of a team to solve complex challenges and achieve shared goals. This sense of teamwork and collective problem-solving is a driving force in his career, and he is always motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful, well-designed spaces that improve the lives of others.
Outside of work, Sebastian is an avid runner and cyclist, hobbies that led to his move to Colorado 2.5 years ago. You can often find him training for his next marathon (he just completed the NYC Marathon in November!) When not training, he spends his time with his wife Erin, their 2.5-year-old son Francisco, and their golden doodle Zara, often hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of Colorado together.
