Kirsten Sladovnik

Kirsten joined BVH in March 2024, bringing her passion for marketing communications leadership to the firm. 

A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s College of Journalism and Mass Communications, Kirsten loves her Nebraska roots and Colorado wings. Growing up, she was inspired by watching her dad design and build homes, sparking her fascination with how thoughtful design can meet both functional and emotional needs. This curiosity evolved into a passion for creativity, imagination and telling stories.

Kirsten’s love for purpose-driven design took hold in college creating textile design projects. The challenge of transforming desires and requirements into tangible, functional designs was a turning point. She pursued a career in design communications, and for the past 20+ years, she has focused on capturing and sharing the powerful impact that great design has on people and communities.

One of her great joys is balancing a rewarding career with raising five amazing children and a spoiled-rotten pup, (23, 22, 15, 15, 15 & 8.5) alongside her husband, Kevin. Outside of work, Kirsten loves cheering and team-momming on sidelines, academic journeys, and navigating life’s adventures. She also loves yoga, pilates, hiking, DIY projects, workouts, reading and walks.
