Ideal candidates for the Project Architect position are team-oriented with exceptional design, technical, and communication skills, as well as strong graphic abilities. You will work under the guidance of a senior architect or project manager, as part of a flexible and collaborative team. Along with the opportunity to plan, design, document, and coordinate large projects, you will have the ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in a firm
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture
- A registered architect in at least one state
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and 3D modeling software (Enscape, Sketchup, etc.)
- Experience producing quality design and construction documents
- Has the ability to coordinate design and documents with clients and consultants
- Possesses superior communication skills
- Has the ability to meet deadlines
- Can attend project meetings and produce meeting notes
- Has experience with construction administration duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Sustainability qualifications (LEED and/or WELL)
- Specification writing experience (SpecLink a plus)

Salary & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000 and is based on experience, education and qualifications.
