BVH Architecture is looking for a K-12 Leader in our Denver, Colorado studio passionate about education design. A successful K-12 Leader will work with the firm's business development team to create strategic growth, guide projects to success, and contribute to building BVH's K-12 thought leadership, design, and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and school districts
- Lead the BVH K-12 practice in the Colorado market
- Participate in projects and marketing efforts across BVH’s practice
- Contribute to the overall thought leadership within BVH’s educational practice through publications, conference presentations, and other efforts
- Assist in the creation of annual strategic K-12 sector plans
- Work with the business development team to achieve overall goals
- Create strategic marketing and PR plans to grow the BVH brand
- Assist the team in marketing efforts, interview prep, and RFP submissions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- Licensed to practice Architecture in the state of Colorado
- 10+ years of experience in education design and/or project management
- Experienced in the Colorado region
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role for multiple K-12 projects
- Strong client and relationship management skills
- Fosters creativity and new ideas to make our projects achieve higher levels of client fulfillment
- Systematic thinker who can successfully lead teams through complex processes
